I will bake a home made dessert for you! Your choices are: Tres Leches Cake, Tunnel of Fudge Cake w/ganache, Luscious Lemon Bars, Lava Cake in Mason Jars (you get 4 half pint jars), or Choco-Flan Cake. The Tres Leches Cake is topped with freshly whipped cream and can be served with fresh strawberries.
The Lava Cakes--come with instructions--can be served with ice cream or whipped cream.
Training & Qualifications
I am a home cook and baker. I enjoy cooking , baking and making people happy with food. These desserts are tried and true--they are the favorites of my friends and family. I want to share all this yumminess with the Simbi community.
Availability & Preferences
Let me know when you need your dessert--I need about a week's notice. Tres Leches Cake and Choco-Flan Cake need to be refrigerated for at least 8 hours before they are ready for you. If you order the Lava Cake in Mason Jars, you will receive 4 half pint mason jars.
