I will provide an email consultation of your eating habits and my master list of with hundreds of meal and snack ideas. We can chat about how to build a successful meal plan and ways to incorporate plant-based living into your daily life.
All communication can be done via email. I am willing to talk about meeting those who are interested in person if they are local.
Training & Qualifications
I am a holistic nutrition coach, currently finishing my CHNC studies to become a Registered Nutritional Counselor (RNC). I've taken countless courses on human anatomy, body chemistry, and nutrition.
I have a BA in psychology, which has given me the skills to use empathy when faced with client's struggles, and the critical thinking skills to sift through confusing messages from the health industry.
