Advice on Living w/ Chronic Disease

I will answer questions you may have about living with a chronic health/medical condition. I can also share my experience and general information about this topic, from both the perspective of a healthcare professional, and of a person who has lived with a chronic condition for a number of years. This can take place over chat, a phone call, or Skype session.
A chronic medical condition can be anything that affects you for any length of time. Some common examples are autoimmune disorders (such as MS, RA, Lupus, etc), diabetes, high blood pressure, chronic pain, heart disease, and fibromyalgia. If you are learning to live with it, I'd love to assist you!
This service is flexible--my goal is to help you live your best life! If you think a different structure would work better for you, please let me know and we can work it out. :)
Training & Qualifications
I feel uniquely qualified to share this service, since I've experienced it from multiple angles. I am an occupational therapist, as well as a certified health & wellness coach--my 'specialty' for each of those has been preventive care and chronic disease management.
I've also experienced chronic disease in my own life. I have 2 chronic medical conditions that affect my everyday life. I've been affected in just about every area, from simply being able to take care of myself, to not being able to participate in activities that I love, to missing work and school. After years of first-hand experience, I've learned a lot! I want to share this knowledge with others who may be in a similar situation.
