I will walk you through the capabilities of Milanote and help you get started organizing a specific project or area of your life.
Milanote is an incredibly powerful tool for a shockingly low price, which allows you to organize your information (text, files, images, anything) in a visual format while allowing you to save as an image or a word document with the click of a button. It works great for projects between several people, organizing your own files, or even just to brainstorm out what you want to do.
Anyone can learn to use Milanote in just a few minutes. Utilizing it to its full potential, however, takes a little imagination. Let me lend you my organizational expertise: together we will find the ideal way to organize the information you want to make sense of.
Some of the things I use Milanote to coordinate: the production schedule of a book publisher, the notes and research for an author with 41 non-fiction projects in the works, branding and instant press kits, research notetaking, products I like, a writing group, a Twitch stream, a Discord server... Basically, anything and everything.
The amount of time needed will vary depending on your learning style and the project itself, but most people have a solid plan in place after an hour. I can coach over zoom, discord, FB, whatever works for you (but it works best if you can share your screen).
Training & Qualifications
I am a workflow specialist - someone who comes into a small company and creates work systems that maximize efficiency without going against your natural preferences for how to do things. I've also done a fair amount of project management over the years.
I generally refer to my skillset as "making order out of chaos." You show me what you have and what you want, and I show you a way to get there from here.
Availability & Preferences
I'm free in the early afternoon all days but Friday and Sunday, usually. I am free in the evening on Wednesday and Saturday. Arrangements can be made outside those times if necessary. (MST)
