Dr. CJ Rhoads is the Founder and CEO of HPL Consortium, Inc. developing technology tools to help people achieve health, attain prosperity, and develop leadership. She is also the Managing Director of HPL 501c3 Institute, the non-profit partner to HPL who provides help and support to other groups and causes helping people to achieve health, attain prosperity, and develop leadership. Additionally, she is a Professor in the College of Business at Kutztown University teaching Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare Administration, and Leadership.

She speaks and writes about entrepreneurship, business strategy, leadership development, information technology and the economics of healthcare and integrative health practices. She is an avid researcher with over 250 articles, and the author of 11 books. She has spoken all over the country and loves meeting new people and groups.

In 2009 she was honored as one of Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business, in 2011 she received the Athena Leadership award, in 2013 was named one of most Influential Women in Lehigh Valley Business, in 2014 was named Top Researcher of the Year, and in 2017 was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award by Kutztown University College Of Education.
