I will offer this time for you to vent, whine, complain, contemplate, whatever you wanna say for 30 minutes.
I will only let you complain for as long as it's productive but once I feel your complaints are repetitive, I will ask you questions to redirect yourself toward a viable solution

Cierra is friendly, charismatic and inquisitive. Of all the folks I've done this exercise with, she surprised me the most! She asked, "Can we ask qu...estions?" If only every salesperson wondered if they could ask questions rather than presenting. Cierra is a natural! We spent much less time on the exercise than usual and much more time on the deeper things! It was a fun conversation and it was pleasurable. Cierra has excellent rapport building skills, she grasps concepts quickly, and she is very enthusiastic. More importantly she understands and is willing to put in the work to make things happen.
