Christian Encouragement
Sometimes, we all could use some encouragement to get through rough times. Being a Christian can be tough, especially with so much coming at us this day and age to try to throw us off track. I'm here to pray, share scripture, or just to talk if that's all you need in your walk with Jesus. Even if you aren't a Christian but have some questions or just want to talk about life and God, I'm game. This service is being offered in the spirit of sharing encouragement. I won't debate or argue. I'd much rather save my energy for lifting others up and encouraging people.
Training & Qualifications
I've been a Christian for 21 years and used to lead a chat room on AOL called "Christian Encouragement" about 15 years ago. God did some amazing things through that room. Lots of broken people stopped by to chat who just needed loved and encouraged. I'm not a pastor. I'm just a guy who has gone through times when life has kicked my butt as well as times of major growth in my walk with Jesus. We all need encouragement from time to time so why not seek to encourage others in the process whether it be praying, a simple chat, sharing encouraging scripture, or maybe trying to answer some questions you may have about God, Jesus, the Bible, etc. I sure don't claim to have all the answers and never will this side of Heaven. I'm just hoping to maybe offer a little encouragement to those who might need it in their walk with Jesus or even to those who aren't walking with Jesus but are curious about this whole Christian walk thing and are open to talking about Him.
Disclaimer: I'm definitely not looking to debate or argue theological issues. I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who would love to. This just isn't the point of this service :)
