I am in need of a Clipart CMS to manage my services efficiently. The CMS should have the following features:
Meta keyword search capability to easily find specific clipart.
For videos (After Effects projects, Premiere Pro, etc.), it or i could provide a small sample video file for the thumbnail.
For images (JPG, PNG, TIF), the CMS should be able to generate thumbnails.
It should also generate thumbnails for vectors (AI, EPS, SVG, CDR, etc.).
The CMS should support prepaid templates, which are layouts created from the clipart collection.
Currently, I am using clipartgenius.com, but I believe there are better options out there that can meet my needs more effectively.
My clipart collection is substantial, totaling 12TB, and searching through it manually for the right image is challenging. Therefore, I need a CMS with a robust search functionality. The CMS should ideally be able to connect to my NAS (Network-Attached Storage) to access the clipart database efficiently.
I am open to having the CMS hosted as an internal website on my own server. I will provide the necessary hosting and domain access for this purpose. Additionally, I may already have some infrastructure in place and may also require assistance with data entry for managing the clipart library.
I have already tried piwigo.org, digikam.org, and MediaGoblin, but they did not fully meet my requirements. Currently, I am using Adobe Bridge, but its performance is slow, and it cannot be shared, which is not ideal for my needs.
