I will be a trainer and workout programmer for you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Online or in-person, whether it's getting back in shape, performance improvements, or learning new movements correctly, you can achieve it!
Though I have found strength training the most enjoyable for me, I understand that different people have different goals and expectations. Those differences mean different methods to progress on the path to reaching those goals.
I am willing to coach both online and in person. Obviously, in person training will be much more effective in terms of your progress, but technology allows us to work together online as well. In person, I am willing to do sessions anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours long. Online, I will create the workout program and give feedback, advice and encouragement. We can discuss "pricing" for online coaching. 45 Simbi is for in person for an hour
Regardless of training method, I will be available over text message most of the time.

Certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Personal Trainer
Amateur Strongman in NAS (North American Strongman) and USS (United States Strongman)

Availability & Preferences
When ever you need support over the phone for online training. For in person training, weekends are best.
