I am a Hapa woman (half Japanese), compassionate caregiver, deep listener, poet, resource queen, animal lover, and gardener.

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher and have been doing Reiki for over 20 years, Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Spiritual Life Coach, Intuitive Animal Communicator, Certified Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, Certified Black Hat Sect Feng Shui Practitioner. I also teach EFT and do Chi Nei Tsang. I practice Morning Medical Qi Gong and multiple meditation practices. I participate with three Sanghas in the area and enjoy being of service to others.

I love dancing and enjoy independent film, foreign film, social justice, women's studies and producing/on air talent for radio work. I also enjoy salsa dancing and really good funk music when I can find it. I've performed in two long term soul and funk bands.

I'm also a voice over artist; having done commercials, independent film, and narration including guided meditations.

I enjoy helping people in many ways including with technology, particularly Mac computers. I also enjoy living in Intentional Communities and am always my meditation, mindfulness, and Metta (Loving Kindness) practice.
