I am relatively new to this and am learning as I go. I grow organic non GMO fruits and veggies. I purchased 80 acres of land in Northern MN (zone 3). I now have a greenhouse established there, and I'm learning what will and what will not grow well up there. If you are wondering, root vegetables THRIVE in a zone 3 area. Onions, potatoes and carrots are wonderful crops.
