Aja (pronounced ‘Asia’) is an intuitive healer, Leadership Education Specialist, and certified Catalyst Life Coach. She is backed by over a decade of experience as a teacher, supervisor, coach, and mentor to emerging leaders between the ages of 18-35. Aja works with young adults from all socio-economic backgrounds and experience-levels, guiding them toward defining their passions, discovering their authentic strengths, and awakening the purpose-driven leader within.
Aja also specializes in leadership development coaching and DEI consulting (Diversity, Equity/Equality, Inclusion) for teams in corporate and school-based settings. She is a mission-driven professional with expertise in talent acquisition, program management, employee engagement, community relations, and staff training/development for startups and small-midsize companies.
